Due to the way accounts are provisioned, some users may have two profiles in Clever: a teacher profile and a staff profile.

Access to other apps may only be set up to work with one of the profiles. Instructional coaches and specialists should generally use their staff Clever profile to access resources.

To switch between profiles, try the following:

In the Clever portal, click on the profile icon in the top right.

Next, select the option to switch the account.
