Due to the way accounts are provisioned, some users may have two profiles in Clever: a teacher profile and a staff profile.

Access to other apps may only be set up to work with one of the profiles. Instructional coaches and specialists should mostly use their staff Clever profile to access resources.

In order to switch between profiles, try the following:

1. Make sure you are logged out of Clever in order to ensure you log in as the profile you need.
2. Click the Clever icon in the district portal.
3. You'll see a login screen as shown below. Click "Login."
4. When it asks which role to log in as, select teacher or staff, as needed.
