To find your computer name on a windows PC, look for the search bar at the bottom left side of the system tray, when you locate the search bar:

• Type in computer name

• Scroll to and click on View your PC name in the left column

Clicking on the View your PC name opens the screen shown below

• Under Device specifications, look for Device name

• Use these steps to add the device name to the help ticket as needed
